I guess if the hotel is open, and almost full capacity, the restaurants should be open too, while keeping social distance. I do not why, but unfortunately few of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. The customer service was very good, although it took a while to get some clean towels. They were checking all bags when you checked in, before entering the elevators, and I loved it. I guess they changed their rules, because they were very striked with wearing masks around the hotel, and keeping social distancing. I read few reviews here complaining about Covid 19 enforcement. It is a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful view. We are from LA, so it is about 10-15 min after you are passing Temecula, in the middle of nowhere.
It is a surprize we never came here, until last weekend. We are traveling a lot, and likes hotels. Let me start by saying, it is our first time here.
